Dr Tania Pizzari is a principal physiotherapist and co-owner of a physiotherapy practice in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne and researcher in the La Trobe University Sport and Exercise Medicine Centre.

    Since completing a PhD in 2002, Tania has worked part-time as a lecturer and researcher at La Trobe University. Her research interests include assessment and rehabilitation of shoulder injuries, hip and shoulder muscle structure and function, management of hip osteoarthritis, and soft tissue injuries in football and basketball.

    Tania is a member of the Shoulder and Elbow Physiotherapists of Australasia and regularly presents her research Nationally and Internationally.
